Welche Lade-Netzwerke funktionieren tatsächlich?
Ein 350 kW-Ladegerät, das keine Sitzung startet, ist langsamer als ein 50 kW-Gerät, das es tut. Zuverlässigkeit, nicht Leistung, trennt die Netzwerke.
Was tatsächlich schiefgeht
Forschungen zur Nutzererfahrung beim öffentlichen Laden [2] und zum Ladeverhalten [1] zeigen dasselbe Muster, das jeder E-Auto-Besitzer erkennen wird: Die Probleme liegen selten daran, wie schnell das Ladegerät ist. Es geht darum, ob die Sitzung überhaupt startet.
- Zahlungs- oder Authentifizierungsfehler. Die Karte wird nicht erkannt, die App kann das Backend nicht erreichen, die Sitzung wird nicht initiiert.
- Belegt, aber nicht ladend. Ein fertiges Auto, das eingesteckt bleibt, weshalb es Standgebühren gibt.
- Defekt und nicht gemeldet. Ein Gerät wird in der App als verfügbar angezeigt und ist es nicht.
- Warteschlange ohne System. Keine formelle Warteschlange an den meisten Standorten, was zu einem sozialen Problem zu Stoßzeiten wird.
- Leistungsaufteilung. Zwei Autos an einem gemeinsamen Ladegerät erhalten jeweils die Hälfte, was die App selten im Voraus mitteilt.

| Spitzenleistung | Echt und der am wenigsten diskriminierende Faktor zwischen gängigen Netzwerken. |
Grenzüberschreitungen
Roaming-Vereinbarungen bestimmen, ob eine in einem Land ausgestellte Karte in einem anderen authentifiziert wird, und sie sind nicht universell. Überprüfe vor einer grenzüberschreitenden Reise, ob dein Anbieter die Betreiber auf deiner Route abdeckt – oder trage eine zweite Karte bei dir.
