Koje mreže za punjenje zapravo rade?
Punjač od 350 kW koji ne pokreće sesiju sporiji je od onog od 50 kW koji to čini. Pouzdanost, a ne snaga, odvaja mreže.
Šta zapravo pođe po zlu
Istraživanje korisničkog iskustva javnog punjenja [2] i ponašanja prilikom punjenja [1] otkriva isti obrazac koji svaki vlasnik EV-a prepoznaje: problemi rijetko imaju veze s brzinom punjača. Radi se o tome da li sesija uopšte počinje.
- Neuspjeh u plaćanju ili autentifikaciji. Kartica nije prepoznata, aplikacija ne može doći do backend-a, sesija se neće pokrenuti.
- Zauzeto, ali ne puni. Završen automobil ostavljen priključen, zbog čega postoje naknade za neaktivnost.
- Pokvaren i nije prijavljen. Jedinica se prikazuje kao dostupna u aplikaciji, a nije.
- Red bez sistema. Nema formalnog redoslijeda na većini lokacija, što postaje društveni problem u prometnim vremenima.
- Dijeljenje snage. Dva automobila na zajedničkom kabinetu dobijaju po pola, što aplikacija rijetko unaprijed javlja.
