Polnilec s 350 kW, ki ne more začeti seje, je počasnejši od tistega s 50 kW, ki lahko. Zanesljivost, ne moč, ločuje omrežja.
Kaj dejansko gre narobe
Raziskava o uporabniški izkušnji javnega polnjenja [2] in obnašanju pri polnjenju [1] ugotavlja enak vzorec, ki ga bo prepoznal vsak lastnik EV: težave redko izhajajo iz hitrosti polnilca. Gre za to, ali se seja sploh začne.
- Neuspeh pri plačilu ali avtentikaciji. Kartica ni prepoznana, aplikacija ne more doseči strežnika, seja se ne bo začela.
- Zasedeno, a ne polni. Dokončan avto, ki je priključen, kar je razlog za obstoječe stroške za neaktivnost.
- Pokvarjeno in ne prijavljeno. Enota se v aplikaciji prikazuje kot razpoložljiva, a ni.
- Čakalna vrsta brez sistema. Brez formalnega čakanja na večini mest, kar postane družbeni problem v prometnih časih.
- Delitev moči. Dva avtomobila na skupnem omarici vsak dobita polovico, kar aplikacija redko sporoči vnaprej.
